SimpleBridge is discarding cookies when no Content-Type is set

Rusty's latest patch to SimpleBridge (5538d57349939af1ef42) introduced a simple problem..

When Headers variable does not contain content-type, it adds a default content-type, but discards all other headers in the process..

This causes nitrogen (and everything else depending on cookies) to stop working properly with sessions.
